Your next step would be to show up.:) Could you do it next Sunday (June 13)? We have an opening then. And I am assuming just once a month, right? And have you ever been down to the end of the hallway where the kid's stuff is? Well, there's a section marked "2's and 3's" and you would just go there. I will need your email address and phone number, as well. I'll give that to the 2's and 3's coordinator and she'll contact you and set up a little meeting time with you (on that Sunday). We have some information to go over with you (background check form to fill out....something we do with everyone working with kids) and just a little information to let you know how everything works.

So glad to hear you'll be willing to help us out!!!!:)
I was going to see if I could convince you to work with the 2's and 3's instead of the nursery, though. They do have a curriculum that they follow, but you'd be the assistant, not the teacher. We could put you in there one Sunday and then see what you think about it. Would that work?
Now we just have to get Kim and Andrew on the schedule!!!:)

I know it was kinda in jest, but I was gonna see if you really were interested in helping us out with the babies at church. We need help there or with the 2's and 3's. Just once a month? I absolutely understand that you don't want to work with the age group you already teach. I taught highschool for 9 1/2 years and never wanted to work with them at church. And don't worry, I'm gonna hit Andrew up next!!!:) He mentioned something about helping in Elementary. We'll see!:)
