I had talked to you last week about helping out with organizing the closet. If you wouldn't mind doing it once a month, I think it would be easier to have you do it on the weeks you are scheduled for coffee. That way, you could just pack up the tables and put them away as you finish up there. That would help us out and allow you to stay on the schedule for both on the same day. Let me know if that works for you. If so, I will take care of it this Sunday and plan on having you do it in a couple of weeks. Thanks again for all you guys have done. You and Valerie are both incredible.

As we continue to get new volunteers, our schedule continues to change. This is a good thing. I just posted a new schedule that actually has an A and B team. Take a look at it and let me know if you see any isssues. Also, if there is a week you are scheduled, and you can't make it, please let me know ahead of time. Also, if you are off a week, and you see a hole that you would like to fill, or you just want to come in and help out anyways, feel free. We will never turn you away. You are all amazing, and I look forward to seeing you this weekend.

I am putting together the new schedule for Hospitality, and I wanted to make sure you and Valerie were still planning on doing coffee. Right now, I have you both on the schedule every four weeks. I believe I have you guys down for June 28th. Just let me know if this works or not. Also, I will be sending out a weekly message stating who is working each week to the Hospitality workers. If you get a chance to join the Hospitality group, that would make sure you get it on your weeks to work. I really appreciate your help.
