Death of a Dear Church Member: Rob Gilmer

Our hearts go out to the family of Rob Gilmer during their time of grief. We do not have exact funeral information at this time, but we do know that the service will be at 5:00 PM Thursday October 20th at Oakwood Baptist Church in Chickamauga.

 

The Gilmer family has been attending The Net for a couple of months now. Some of you may remember meeting Rob at the church picnic. He really loved The Net and so does Amberleigh and the children. As a church, we need to rally around Amberleigh and the children right now.

 

As far as their immediate needs go, first and foremost they need our love, encouragement, support and prayers. Amberleigh has three children ranging in ages 16 months - 15 years. One of the children is in immediate need of size 5 junior jeans/pants. If you can help in any way, just let us know.

  

Service for Rob will be Thursday October 20th at 5:00 PM at Oakwood Baptist Church in Chickamauga, GA.

Take the GA-146 exit, EXIT 353, toward Rossville / Ft Oglethorpe.

Turn right onto Cloud Springs Rd / GA-146 W.

• Lafayette Rd is 0.1 miles past Harrison Ave 
• Mapco Express is on the corner
• If you are on Pine Hill Dr and reach Hargrove you've gone about 0.2 miles too far

Turn right onto Battlefield Pky / US-27 S / GA-1 S / GA-2 W. Continue to follow US-27 S / GA-1 S / GA-2 W.

• US-27 S is just past W Patterson Ave
• Donut Palace in Fort Oglethorpe Marketplace is on the corner
• If you reach Howard Dr you've gone about 0.1 miles too far

Merge onto Frank M Gleason Pky / US-27 S / GA-1 S toward Lafayette / Chickamauga.

Turn right onto Wilder Rd.

• Wilder Rd is 0.3 miles past Osburn Rd
• If you reach Lafayette Rd you've gone about 0.5 miles too far

Turn right onto Oakwood St.

• Oakwood St is 0.1 miles past Heritage Dr
• If you reach Five Points Rd you've gone about 0.3 miles too far
